My Process

Inquire

The first step towards creating your dream vacation is to complete my inquiry form. Once I have received your form, I will email you to schedule a 15-minute intake call.

1.

Consultation

During your intake call, we will chat about your ideal trip! You will select the planning option that best suits your needs and I will review my planning services. Once the invoice for the selected option is paid, I will begin creating your custom proposal.

2.

Review

I will combine takeaways from our intake call with my expertise and global connections to create a proposal for you. Timely and thorough feedback is important to secure the components you desire and deserve! Three rounds of edits are included within a 90-day period.

3.

Confirm

Once you approve your proposal, you will be invoiced for the deposit amount. Deposits and due dates are dependent on the proximity to the trip, as well as the partner that the trip is booked through. You will receive periodic “touchpoints” until the day of travel!

    Planning fees are calculated based on the complexity of the trip. This includes the number of stops, number of travelers, number of nights, and vicinity of time to departure.
